Please note - Each product is personalised to customer specification therefore processing time is required for the product to be made. The product will be processed within 14 days.
The shipping times below refer to delivery time and not when the product will be received after ordering. Every effort however will be made to process your order as quickly as possible and to standard. If there are any specific time requirements please email etchmeproducts@gmail.com.

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?
If the item does not arrive please contact etchmeproducts@gmail.com. Proof of delivery details will be followed up and item tracked.
Returns
What items are eligible for return?
Items are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, and they must be unwashed and unworn. Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately and you will be refunded the entire cost of the item.
Your right to return products does not apply to goods made to your specification or that have been clearly personalised.
It is advised to fully check your personalised order details including spelling, font style, Upper or lower case letters before placing the order. Also the product has been burned by the laser cutter and initially some residue and odour may be present but will disperse after a short period.
Faulty products with personalisation will receive a full refund and paid shipping costs.

How much is the return shipping fee?
Products should be returned as a large letter signed for. A return pack for faulty products will be sent with postage label upon request.
