• We use experience and judgement to the chose optimal position and size of your personalisation. Unselected popper colour and font will also be selected on consumers behalf. Please contact us if have any special requirements

• We must receive payment in full before accepting your order. We will send you an email confirming your order.

• Prices shown on our website are in British Pounds Sterling.

• If the products that you order are not available, we will notify you. If we are not able to complete your order, we will refund you.

• Refunds for items which are not faulty or misdescribed will be minus post and packing charges.

• Your right to return products does not apply to goods made to your specification ot that have been clearly personalised. Items must be returned to us within 28 days of receipt of purchase to be eligible for an exchange/refund. The item must still be in a re-saleable condition and returned with proof of purchase. We will be unable to refund the shipping costs. Items that have been personalised are not eligible for a refund, unless they are faulty.

• If a faulty or incorrect item is returned, we will refund your postage for standard  Royal Mail. 

• Personalised Items: because the item is customised to meet your requirements, we are unable to offer a refund unless faulty.
